I have a MacBook Air (no cd slot) operating OS10.8.3. I just purchased a Canon 9000F Mk II in the hopes of scanning a bunch of slides. Does anyone know whether I can use this machine to do this? Windows movie maker macintosh. Using VueScan software, I have no option for slide scanning (with the standard version that I just got).
